There are several ways in which I can provide services in the corporate space.  All advice is bespoke and tailored to each organisation’s specific needs.   

COACHING 

I offer options of the individual coaching programs for leaders as well all team members within an organisation. 

I advise on productivity, effectiveness, self-awareness, how to deal with pressure, identifying blindspots, decision making, and provide clarity on the organisations mission and vision.  

CONSULTANCY 

I work directly with Senior Leaders, CEOs ,HR departments and team members to understand the current environment, focusing on employee health, well-being and productivity, creating and implementing a strategy to achieve the organisation’s goals.
